Porky's Pride

The intent of this forum is to discuss restaurants in the Albuquerque/Rio Rancho area (where I live). Someone suggested this, since they think my wife and I seem to eat out a lot, and have some pretty strong opinions about what we like.

My wife & I tried Porky's Pride the other day (the one on 4th a few blocks north of Osuna). She picked up some rib tips and hot links on the way home from school, and we were very disappointed. The rib tips were overdone (dry), and the hot link wasn't even remotely hot. I don't think we'll be trying it again.
